Jerry Pico 

Jerry Pico is senior learning, leadership and organization development, and talent management executive with deep expertise in culture and diversity & inclusion. He teaches, writes and presents on these and related topics as a Lynda.com/LinkedIn Learning Author, and an Expert Presenter at conferences.

He is currently based in Munich and is the Head of Learning & Development for Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH, the regional hub of a Japanese pharmaceutical company.

Working both in-house and as an external consultant for over 25 years, Jerry has successfully designed and led regional and global people programs for leading companies in the technology, financial and professional services, life sciences, retail (FMCG) and manufacturing sectors: Allianz, Google, Wells Fargo, Ernst & Young, W.L. Gore and Swarovski. He works effectively in complex, global and matrixed organizations. Jerry has strong intercultural skills, which he developed by working with diverse clients in New York, San Francisco, Munich and Zurich.

Through his coaching and facilitation practice, Jerry has worked with executives, managers and their teams in Fortune 100 and DAX 30 companies and entrepreneurs. He is a master coach who has supported hundreds of his individual clients to achieve their goals in the interconnected areas of performance, career and life. As a skilled facilitator, he has enabled numerous teams to perform more effectively in the areas of creativity, collaboration and conflict resolution.  He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
